Fault Tolerant Radiation Monitoring System Using Wireless Sensor and Actor Network in a Nuclear Facility

In nuclear facilities, the reading of sensors is very important in assessments system state. The existence an abnormal state could be caused by a failure sensor itself instead system. So, being unable to identify main cause “abnormal state” and take proper actions may end unnecessary shutdown for facility that have expensive economic consequences. That why, it extremely supervision control case where this paper, based on wireless network proposed monitor radiation levels around inside facility. A new approach validating readings investigated using Castalia simulator.
